John Reed co-founded Arhaus in 1986 and has served on the board of directors of Arhaus, LLC since its formation in December 2013, and served as our Chief Executive Officer from January 1997 through December 2015 and February 2017 through present. 
Michael Lee
Chief Financial Officer

Michael Lee has served as our Chief Financial Officer since May 2025. Prior to joining the Company, he was Chief Financial Officer and President of Operations and Supply Chain of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates from 2022 to 2025. Prior to his employment with Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, Mr. Lee was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Canopy Growth Corporation from 2019 to 2021 and served in various leadership roles at Constellation Brands, Inc. from 2013 to 2019, most recently as Senior Vice President, Business Transformation.

Jennifer Porter
Chief Marketing and eCommerce Officer
Jennifer Porter has served as our Chief Marketing and eCommerce Officer since September 2019. Ms. Porter is responsible for our global marketing strategy, the Arhaus.com eCommerce business and our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Ms. Porter previously served as Head of Marketing at Anthropologie from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Ms. Porter served in various marketing roles such as Head of Marketing, Director of Global Marketing and Director of International Marketing at Forever 21 from 2014 to 2018.
Michael Rengel
Chief Merchandising Officer

Michael Rengel has served as our Chief Merchandising Officer since February 2026. Mr. Rengel previously served as a Chief Merchandising Officer at Phoenix Retail LLC from January 2025 to February 2026. From 2020 to 2024, he held various leadership positions at Express, Inc., including Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager (Mens and Outlet Division) from 2020 to 2022 and Chief Merchandising Officer from 2022 to 2024.

Allison Sutley
Chief Information Officer

Allison Sutley has served as our Chief Information Officer since April 2025. Prior to joining the Company, she was Chief Technology Officer of Express, Inc. from 2022 to 2025 and Vice President eCommerce Technology from 2021 to 2022. Prior to her employment with Express, Inc., Ms. Sutley was Enterprise Logistics and Transportation Engineering Leader at Cardinal Health, Inc. from 2020 to 2021 and served in various leadership roles at Designer Brands Inc. from 2007 to 2020, most recently as Vice President Application Development.

Kathy Veltri
Chief Retail Officer
Kathy Veltri has served as our Chief Retail Officer since March 2019. Ms. Veltri previously served as Senior Vice President of Retail Operations since 2017. Prior to that, Ms. Veltri served as Executive Vice President of Sales at Gardner White from 2015 to 2016 and was President of Thomasville, a division of Furniture Brands, from 2013 to 2014. Previously, Ms. Veltri worked at Arhaus as SVP of Retail Operations and Marketing from 2006 to 2013.
